The Pod Collective®

The Pod Collective® is the UK's first B2B podcast and video studio franchise. We build and operate professional podcast and video studios for B2B businesses — helping them generate leads, build authority, communicate with their teams, and attract better talent through content.

We are now looking for one person to own and operate The Pod Collective® studio in Belfast.

Why Belfast

Belfast is one of the most exciting B2B markets in the UK — and one of the most underserved for professional content production.

  • The city is home to a remarkable concentration of global and regional businesses. Citi, Allstate, Aflac, CME Group, Liberty Mutual, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC, Microsoft, Nvidia, BT, Rapid7, and Herbert Smith Freehills all operate significant Belfast operations. Kainos — one of Northern Ireland's most successful technology companies — is headquartered here. The legal sector is substantial. The financial services sector is growing rapidly.

These are exactly the kind of B2B businesses that need what The Pod Collective® produces. And right now, almost none of them have access to a professional podcast and video studio in their city.

Belfast is not a secondary UK market. It is a primary opportunity — and we are looking for one person who sees that and wants to build something significant within it.

What you would own and operate

  • A fully fitted, broadcast-quality podcast and video studio — built and installed by The Pod Collective® team at your chosen Belfast location before you record a single episode.
  • The studio is yours to run as a B2B content business. You work with local and regional businesses to produce:
    • Monthly podcast series (external thought leadership, lead generation, guest as prospect)
    • Internal communications video and audio episodes for large employers
    • Employer brand content that helps businesses attract better candidates
    • Studio hire by the hour for businesses producing their own content

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You are not starting from scratch. You have The Pod Collective® brand, methodology, systems, technology, and a support network behind you from day one.

What The Pod Collective® provides

  • The franchise fee is £20,000. For that investment you receive:
    • A fully built and installed professional studio — acoustic treatment, broadcast lighting, professional microphones, camera setup, branded furniture, and full TPC branding. Our team comes to Belfast and builds it.
    • Three days of in-person training at a TPC studio covering the business, the studio operation, the production workflow, and the sales approach.
    • Access to our full online training library through PodCentral — our franchise management platform.
    • Ongoing support from Hugo and Jack — direct line, weekly calls in your first three months, and network-wide resources throughout.
    • Exclusive Belfast territory — no other Pod Collective® franchisee will operate in your area.
    • Access to our full suite of proprietary technology — PodCentral, CandiCast, CommyCast, and FlowCast — unavailable to any competitor.
    • Financing options are available for the right candidate.

Who we are looking for

We are not looking for someone who has run a studio before. We are looking for someone who knows how to build relationships and win business in the Belfast B2B market.

The right person for this role:

  • Has an established network of B2B relationships in Belfast — in professional services, technology, financial services, legal, or any sector with businesses that have expertise worth sharing.
  • Is looking to own and operate their own business rather than build someone else's.
  • Is commercially confident — comfortable having conversations about value, investment, and outcomes with senior decision-makers.
  • Is motivated by building something of genuine long-term value in their city rather than by a salary.
  • Has or can access the £20,000 franchise investment.

What the earning potential looks like

  • Year one franchisees typically build to £6,000–£10,000 in monthly gross revenue by month ten to twelve. That represents six to eight active monthly retainer clients at standard pricing — an achievable target for someone with an existing B2B network in Belfast.
  • Year two franchisees with eight to twelve active clients generate £8,000–£15,000 in monthly gross revenue — £96,000–£180,000 annually before the 20% royalty to TPC HQ.

These are not aspirational figures. They are the trajectory for a franchisee who applies themselves consistently to building their local client base.

The GraftCast advantage

Every Pod Collective® franchisee runs a community business podcast called GraftCast — a local show featuring Belfast business owners and leaders as guests. GraftCast is not just content. It is the primary business development tool in the franchise. Inviting a target prospect to be a guest on GraftCast has a significantly higher acceptance rate than any cold outreach — and the recording session itself is the most natural first meeting available.

Belfast has an extraordinary community of business owners and leaders whose stories deserve to be heard. GraftCast Belfast is a genuine opportunity to become the voice of Belfast's business community — and to build a studio client base in the process.
