Own a B2B Podcast & Video Studio Franchise — Manchester Territory

The Pod Collective® is the UK's first B2B podcast and video studio franchise. We help businesses create professional podcast, video, and internal comms content — and we're bringing our model to Manchester.

This isn't a van-based or management franchise. You'll own and run a fully built, broadcast-quality studio in your territory, backed by proven systems, training, and a client acquisition method (GraftCast) designed to build your local business network from day one.

What you get:

  • A professional studio built for you — acoustic treatment, lighting, camera, audio, full branding — before you record a single episode
  • 3-day in-person training (business, studio operation, content/editing) plus mandatory and ongoing online modules via PodCentral
  • Direct support from our founders in your first 3 months, then ongoing access throughout
  • An exclusive Manchester territory — we won't sign another franchisee in your patch
  • Contract templates, proposal templates, and outreach sequences so you're not starting from a blank page
  • Multiple revenue streams from day one: monthly retainer content, lead-generation podcasts, internal comms video, and recruitment content — not reliant on a single service

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What it realistically looks like:

Most franchisees start part-time alongside their current role. In year one, building your first few retainer clients through your existing network, realistic gross revenue is in the £10,000–£18,000 range — this is about proving the model and building your pipeline, not replacing your income yet. Franchisees who move to full-time in year two typically grow to £30,000–£50,000 gross, with established full-time operators reaching £75,000–£115,000+ gross by year three as their client base and network matures. Your take-home is your revenue after a 20% royalty to HQ.
