About The Seasons Art Class
The Seasons Art Class is one of the UK’s largest adult art class providers, with more than 130 locations and a proven franchise model built on creativity, community, and consistency. Since 2009, we’ve delivered structured 14-week courses that guide students through drawing, oil pastels, watercolours, and acrylics. Every course is fully planned, professionally developed, and supported with demonstrations, handouts, and starter packs that help students grow in confidence.
Classes run twice on the same day to maximize enrolment and flexibility, and many students return term after term. Franchise Owners benefit from comprehensive support, including high-quality lesson videos, a refreshed curriculum, and a friendly network of long-standing franchisees.

About the role
As a Franchise Owner, you’ll run the day-to-day operations of your art classes and build a welcoming, community-focused environment. That includes scheduling classes, coordinating venues, managing enrolments, and overseeing local marketing activity to drive growth and retention.
- Recruit and support tutors, ensuring they deliver lessons to a high standard through ongoing training and clear guidance.
- Customer service is a big part of the role, from handling enquiries to resolving issues and maintaining positive relationships with students.
- Many Franchise Owners choose to be hands-on and present at classes, but the model also allows for a more hands-off approach by employing tutors and class assistants to run sessions on your behalf.
- You can shape the role around your availability and preferred level of involvement.

What you bring
We look for people with an interest in franchising or small business ownership, confidence to follow a proven model, strong organisation, good communication, and a genuine focus on community. Experience in education, arts, or events is helpful but not essential. Basic budgeting and revenue tracking are part of the role too.
