Franchise Performance Coach
£52.5k plus bonus
Hybrid Remote | South Region (south of London)
We are hugely excited to be working in partnership with Anytime Fitness. This is an exciting opportunity that has arisen to join the business in a high-impact, field-based role supporting franchisees to grow profitable, high-performing businesses while protecting one of the most recognisable brands in the industry.
The Role
As a Franchise Performance Coach, you’ll support a portfolio of franchisees, acting as their trusted business partner and performance advisor. You’ll challenge, coach, and support them to improve revenue, profitability, leadership capability, and operational excellence.
You’ll be out in clubs, working face-to-face with franchisees and their teams, analysing performance, driving accountability, and embedding best practice — all while ensuring brand standards and systems are consistently delivered.
What You’ll Be Doing
Franchisee Coaching & Performance
- Build strong, trusted relationships with franchisees across your region
- Coach franchisees to improve leadership, decision-making, and business maturity
- Conduct regular in-person club visits focused on performance and execution

Commercial & Financial Focus
- Support franchisees to set and achieve clear commercial goals
- Analyse P&Ls, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities
- Improve understanding of financial drivers, cost control, and revenue growth
Operational Excellence & Brand Standards
- Ensure consistent execution of Anytime Fitness systems, procedures, and brand standards
- Conduct audits, operational reviews, and compliance checks
- Support corrective actions and embed long-term improvements
Training, Leadership & Capability
- Deliver operational, leadership, and performance training
- Drive engagement with internal training platforms such as AF Academy
- Support the rollout of new systems, tools, and initiatives
Network Engagement
- Act as the link between franchisees and the support office
- Promote conferences, workshops, and network initiatives
- Represent Anytime Fitness professionally at regional and national events
About You
You’re commercially astute, people-focused, and comfortable holding others to account. You know how to balance support and challenge, and you thrive in a field-based, autonomous role.

- Experience supporting franchisees or multi-site operations
- Strong financial literacy and commercial acumen
- A proven ability to coach leaders and improve business performance
- Operational excellence with a sharp eye for brand standards and compliance
- Confidence delivering training and facilitating best practice
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel (including overnight stays)
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- High levels of accountability, integrity, and professionalism
