Franchise Recruitment Manager
easyStorage | Maidenhead (hybrid) | Full time
Join the UK’s fastest growing storage brand
We’re growing fast and we’ve got big plans. Now we need an experienced, ambitious person to help us recruit the franchisees who’ll take easyStorage to the next level.
easyStorage is part of the easy family of brands (best known for easyJet), and we do storage the easy way: no frills, no hidden extras, no nonsense. Our drive up self storage sites let customers pull up right beside their own storage container, load and unload with ease, and pay a fair price for the space they need.
An opportunity worth selling
You’ll be offering something people will want to hear about:
- A brand everyone knows. The easy name brings instant recognition and trust.
- A light touch model. Drive up container storage is simple to run, with no large buildings to staff and manage.
- Recurring revenue. Customers rent their space month by month, so the business is built on ongoing income rather than one-off sales.
- A low capital entry point. We provide the containers and rent them to our franchisees, so there’s no need to buy them upfront.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll own franchise recruitment from first conversation to signed agreement. That means:
- Finding the right people. Generate leads, spot potential, and qualify the prospects worth pursuing.
- Selling the opportunity. Run meetings, assessments and negotiations, and put together franchise proposals people get excited about.
- Hosting discovery days. Show candidates how the business works, what running it involves, and what our brand stands for.
- Teaming up with marketing. Shape targeted recruitment campaigns that reach the right audience.
- Keeping score. Keep your pipeline and recruitment metrics sharp and up to date.
- Making the handover smooth. Work with our operations and legal teams to get agreements over the line and new partners off to a strong start.
- Being our eyes and ears. Tell leadership what you’re seeing in the market, who’s applying, and how we can make our franchise offer even stronger.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
