About the Role
We are looking for a Franchise Sales Coordinator to join our UK regional headquarters team in Canary Wharf, London. This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday.
In this role, you will identify potential franchisees, introduce them to the basics of franchising with Best Brains, and support the conversion of leads into successful partnerships. You will also guide candidates through the overall process of establishing their own centre.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential franchise candidates
- Provide clear, introductory information about the franchising opportunity
- Convert qualified leads into franchise sales
- Guide candidates through the general steps of setting up their own centre
- Maintain professional communication and follow-up throughout the process
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritise effectively
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Previous experience in franchising sales is a significant advantage
