About Coffee Republic
Founded in 1995, Coffee Republic is an established coffee shop brand with a passion for great coffee, freshly made food, and an exceptional customer experience.
With locations across the UK and an established international presence, we are entering an exciting stage of growth and are looking for a commercially driven Franchise Sales Manager to help expand the Coffee Republic brand.
This role will play a key part in growing our network of traditional coffee shops as well as our newly launched mobile coffee trailer concept, while also identifying new commercial partnerships, events, and revenue opportunities.
The Role
As Franchise Sales Manager, you will own franchise sales and business development across the UK, with opportunities to support our international expansion.
You will manage the franchise sales process from initial enquiry through to agreement, building strong relationships with prospective franchisees and identifying commercially attractive opportunities for the brand.
Working closely with our Head of Operations and the wider team, you will help ensure new franchise partners and commercial ventures align with Coffee Republic brand standards and are positioned for long-term success.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
