Franchise Sales Executive – Empowering Women in Business

Laser On Tour

Location: Hertford, Hertfordshire
Type: Full-Time | Office-Based

INSPIRE WOMEN TO OWN THEIR OWN BUSINESSES

Laser On Tour is a fast-growing home-visiting laser hair removal franchise with a mission at its heart: inspiring more women to own and build businesses of their own.

Around 1 in 5 women would like to start a business, but many don't know where to begin.

That's where we come in.

We've created a complete business model that gives women a supported route into business ownership, including training, clinical-grade laser technology, software, marketing, systems, and ongoing support.

We're now looking for an experienced Sales Executive with exceptional emotional intelligence and professional sales ability to help us inspire and guide the women who could become our next business owners.

THE ROLE

You'll speak every day with women considering a major change in their working lives. Many will be leaving employment or corporate careers and may never have run a business before.

Your role is to understand what they want from their future, identify their motivations and concerns, inspire them to see what's possible, and establish whether Laser On Tour is right for them.

You'll guide applicants through our structured, staged sales process, from initial discovery and consultation through to Zoom presentations, follow-up, due diligence, and ultimately a decision.

Laser hair removal is a personal service, and conversations can include women's bodies and intimate treatments, so maturity, empathy, and emotional intelligence are essential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL SALES ROLE

We're looking for someone who understands the psychology and structure of consultative sales. You should know how to:

  • Build rapport and genuine trust

LOCATION – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

This is a full-time, office-based position at our Hertford head office. It is NOT remote or hybrid.

We're specifically looking for someone local to Hertford, ideally living in Hertford or within approximately a 20-minute commute of our office.

Being part of the team matters. We're a close, entrepreneurial, and sociable business. Our franchise partners regularly spend time with us during training and launch days, including lunches, dinners, and informal activities, and you'll be part of welcoming them into the Laser On Tour community.

The role also involves occasional travel to franchise locations, meetings, training days, and events.

Please only apply if you live locally and can reliably reach our Hertford office within approximately 20 minutes. Hertford-based applicants are particularly encouraged to apply.

MORE THAN SALES

Ultimately, you're not simply selling franchises.

You're inspiring women to take control of their working lives, own their own businesses, and become the next generation of female entrepreneurs.

If you're an experienced salesperson who understands people as well as numbers and wants your sales ability to have a genuine impact on women's lives, we'd love to hear from you.
