About the Job
Are you ready to own a business that puts you at the centre of London's B2B content revolution?
The Pod Collective® is the UK's leading B2B podcast and video studio network — and we are opening London franchise territories to the right people.
This is not a job. It is an opportunity to own and operate a professional podcast and video studio business in the world's most commercially active city, backed by a proven model, a national brand, and a team that has done this before.
What The Pod Collective® Does
We produce professional video and audio podcast content for businesses — helping them generate leads, build thought leadership, communicate internally, and attract the right talent. Every episode we produce is a fully edited MP4 video and MP3 audio production, along with short-form clips, show notes, and social media content.
Our clients range from local SMEs to national brands including Domino's Pizza UK & Ireland. We operate four studios across Milton Keynes, Northampton, Bloxham, and Oxford — and we are now expanding through a UK franchise network.
London is our most significant and most exciting opportunity. The city's financial services, professional services, technology, legal, media, and insurance sectors — home to Lloyd's of London, the Big Four, global law firms, and one of the world's most concentrated communities of ambitious B2B businesses — represent an unparalleled opportunity for franchisees who understand commercial relationships and want to build something of genuine long-term value. No other city in the world has this density of businesses that need what The Pod Collective® produces — and almost none of them have access to professional B2B podcast and video production on their doorstep.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Commercial confidence — you are comfortable having business conversations at senior level with MDs, founders, and decision-makers
