Franchise Support & Mentoring Coordinator
We are looking for an organised, relationship-driven coordinator to join our Operations team and help make sure every new franchisee gets a smooth, well-supported start.
The Role
- Onboarding & Mentoring Support: Coordinate mentoring activity and reporting across new franchisees, keeping the process on track from day one
- Franchise Set-Up: Support new centres in getting up and running, including website setup, contract administration, and safeguarding checks; keep FMS records accurate and up to date
- Brand & Marketing Support: Help new centres establish their social media and Google Business presence, and provide general marketing support as needed
- Wider Team Support: Take on ad-hoc tasks for senior management as the role and business grow

About You
- Highly organised, comfortable owning a tracking/reporting system
- Confident communicator, comfortable following up and holding people accountable
- Comfortable with everyday tech (Excel/Google Sheets, diary management)
