Pay & Benefits
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + uncapped monthly efficiency bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday schedule + Saturdays operated on a fair rotating rota basis

Training & Development: Fully funded official manufacturer academy pathways, including EV/Hybrid certifications and Master Tech progression

Role Overview
Seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join our expanding aftersales department. You will be responsible for carrying out routine servicing, recall work, official warranty maintenance, and systematic fault diagnosis across a modern, high-tech vehicle lineup to strict manufacturer standards.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served credential).
- Proven track record in a franchised dealership or fast-paced workshop setting focused on quality and efficiency.
- Valid DVSA MOT Smart Card is a strong asset (offering higher starting pay potential), but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

Base: Coventry Area (Free secure on-site parking)
Road Links: Strategic location with immediate links to the A45, A46, and M6, offering fast commutes across the West Midlands and Warwickshire.
Public Transport: Direct access via Coventry mainline station and regional bus routes.
Commutable From: Hinckley, Atherstone, Meriden, Coleshill, Stratford-upon-Avon, and Nuneaton.
