Franchise/NPI Artwork Supply Planner (Fixed-Term Contract)

• University degree in a technical or business-related field, ideally with foundational knowledge of supply chain processes.
• Proven experience managing complex projects in cross-functional and matrix environments.
• Experience supporting global brands and/or new product introduction activities.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, vaccines or FMCG packaging, customer management or artwork delivery environments, with knowledge of commercial print processes, artwork construction, pre-press stages, colour management and print supplier relationships.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly across diverse stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications & Soft Skills

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive issue resolution in complex or changing situations.
• Confidence in managing diverse stakeholder relationships across functions, regions and external partners.
• Ability to deliver effectively against tight deadlines in fast-moving and evolving decision-making environments.
• Membership of a relevant supply logistics, artwork or packaging industry body would be an advantage.

Polish Salary Range / Polski przedział wynagrodzenia: PLN 219,750 to PLN 366,250

Italian Salary Range / Fascia retributiva in Italia: EUR 48,300 to EUR 80,500

Belgium Salary Range / Fourchette salariale – Belgique: EUR 73,275 to EUR 122,125

The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location.
