About Ready Made Digital

Ready Made Digital is a UK-based AI digital agency providing SaaS, AI platforms, workflows, automations, Digital Marketing and other digital solutions across the UK.

We work with businesses through a Franchise/Partner Opportunity model: commercially experienced professionals run local client acquisition in their territory, backed by our UK delivery team, CRM, AI Multi Channel marketing & communication platform and onboarding infrastructure.

About the Role

Location: Remote
Type: Self-employed / Contractor

We will be providing you leads from our marketing, you will be following up the leads by phone (and other channels as needed), running full discovery calls and live service/product demos, speaking directly with accountants, consultants, managers, and other commercially experienced professionals who are doing genuine due diligence on whether to become an RMD Partner. You need to hold your own in that conversation, not read from a script.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll be doing

  • Following up every enquiry by phone initially to book them onto a 20 minute discovery call (there will be email and sms/whatsapp campaigns running concurrently to the leads to warm them up)
  • Running the scheduled discovery calls to determine the suitability of the lead and move them to a booked live Zoom Demo call
  • Running the booked Zoom Demo call to demonstrate the live CRM, AI Communication platform, automation demos
  • Explaining clearly and confidently how the platform, business and support actually works, not just what it does
  • Presenting commercial terms transparently and answering real objections (ROI, data security, how the model compares to other business opportunities)
  • Ultimately guiding every qualified lead to a sale
  • Logging call outcomes in our CRM after every call

What we're looking for

We're after a specific blend of experience, not just a strong closer:

  • A track record of closing structured, consultative B2B sales conversations, not high-volume transactional selling
  • Genuine comfort with digital, SaaS, or automation products, enough to answer a technical question without deferring every time
  • Some exposure to digital marketing or lead generation, so you can speak credibly to how a client's business actually grows from this
  • Real business or commercial operating experience of your own (having run a business, managed a P&L, or held genuine commercial responsibility), so you can talk to prospects as a peer, not a recruiter
  • Comfortable and articulate on video calls
