About Ready Made Digital
Ready Made Digital is a UK-based AI digital agency providing SaaS, AI platforms, workflows, automations, digital marketing, and other digital solutions.
We grow through a Franchise/Partner model: commercially experienced professionals run local client acquisition, backed by our UK delivery team, CRM, AI multi-channel marketing and communication platform, and onboarding infrastructure.
This role is recruiting those partners. You are not selling marketing services to end clients and you do not manage client accounts. The product you are selling is the RMD franchise itself, to individuals considering it as their next business.
We provide the leads from our own marketing. You follow them up by phone and other channels as needed, run full discovery calls (20 minutes), and deliver live product demos (1 hour Zoom) to accountants, consultants, managers, and other potential franchisees who are doing genuine due diligence on whether to become an RMD Partner. You need to hold your own in that conversation whilst following our structured process.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you'll be doing
- Following up every enquiry by phone initially to book them onto a 20-minute discovery call - or make the call on first contact (email and SMS/WhatsApp campaigns run concurrently to warm the leads up)
- Running the scheduled discovery calls to assess whether the candidate is a fit for a franchise, and moving suitable candidates to a booked live Zoom demo
- Running the Zoom demo to show the live CRM, AI communication platform, and automation demos, so the candidate can see exactly how they would be operating in partnership with us
- Explaining clearly and confidently how the franchise model, the platform, and the support structure actually work, not just what they do
- Presenting the commercial terms of the franchise transparently and answering real objections (return on investment, data security, how the model compares to other business opportunities)
- Guiding every qualified candidate to a signed partner agreement
- Logging call outcomes in our CRM after every call
What we're looking for
We're after a specific blend of experience:
- A track record of closing structured, consultative sales conversations, not high volume transactional selling
- Experience selling to individuals who are investing their own money, so you understand the pace and scrutiny of that decision
- Genuine comfort with digital, SaaS, or automation products, enough to answer a general question without deferring every time
- Some exposure to digital marketing or lead generation would be useful, so you can speak credibly about how a partner builds revenue from this
- Real business or commercial operating experience of your own (having run a business, managed a P&L, or held genuine commercial responsibility), so you can talk to candidates as a peer, not a recruiter
- Comfortable and articulate on phone and video calls
