Puzzleplay is Tripledot’s new player rewards platform, designed to make playing our games even more fun and engaging. By playing our casual, free to play mobile games, users can earn points, complete challenges, and win real prizes. It’s our way of giving back to players and rewarding them for doing what they already love. Puzzleplay is a key part of our growth strategy, combining smart engagement mechanics with high-quality game content.
Role Overview
Puzzleplay at Tripledot Studios is looking for a data analyst to own the fraud side of its user segmentation work. The team is building a system that combines fraud and activity signals to understand users and inform revenue-share decisions. You'll work with the analyst responsible for gameplay signals, alongside product and data colleagues, to keep that system useful as fraud patterns change.

Fraud patterns keep changing, so you'll regularly revisit the signals behind the segments and help the product team decide which verification methods make sense in each market.
This role is open to candidates based in Europe; Warsaw is preferred, where several of the people you'll work with are based.
Key Responsibilities
- Review fraud signals regularly, adding, removing and refining them to distinguish suspicious activity from legitimate users. Signals under consideration include IP spoofing, VPN use and unusual play patterns.
- Own the fraud-related segments of the user segmentation system, from deciding how signals should be interpreted to monitoring how well the categories work over time.
- Work with the product team on fraud verification tools for different markets. The team currently uses FaceTec for facial verification and may need other methods, such as ID scanning or phone verification, in other countries.
- Investigate users flagged for manual review, including ambiguous cases in the Tremendous queue, and look for ways to improve the review process.
- Identify gaps in the available signals and recommend third-party tools for the product roadmap where they would help.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Hands-on experience using data to investigate fraud and shape detection or prevention decisions, not just working alongside a fraud team.
- Experience designing or improving fraud signals, user segments or review processes, with an interest in how those decisions change as tactics evolve.
- The ability to work with product and other teams to turn analysis into operational fraud controls.
