Newlon Housing Trust
Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London.
We have an opportunity for an experienced individual to join our Fraud Investigation Team and provide support across tenancy fraud, succession, occupancy and housing management investigations. You will undertake enquiries, gather evidence, interview residents and witnesses and support legal action where required. You will also contribute to the recovery of housing assets, protection of rental income and effective use of homes by ensuring properties are occupied in accordance with tenancy conditions.

An experienced investigator with strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, you will have experience of conducting investigations, gathering evidence and working with a range of stakeholders to solve complex issues. Knowledge of housing, tenancy management, fraud management, fraud investigation or enforcement activity would be advantageous.

You’ll also be working out of purpose-built offices that form part of the award-winning Hale Village regeneration project, and are situated just two minutes’ walk from the major transport interchange at Tottenham Hale.
Salary: £39,939 per annum plus opportunity to earn up to 5% performance related pay
Contract: Full-time, fixed-term contract until March 2027
Location: Hale Village, London N17, across Newlon stock, non-hybrid working
