About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Fraud Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the fraud detection and prevention strategies for our credit products. You will lead efforts to identify, investigate, and mitigate fraud risks while implementing effective fraud management frameworks that align with our business objectives. Your expertise will be critical in protecting our customers and the integrity of our operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity and security of our financial operations. You will monitor, detect, and investigate potentially fraudulent activities, focusing on various fraud types, including known customer fraud, third-party fraud, merchant fraud, and account takeovers. Your role will also encompass management of daily KYC reviews, updating financial crime policies, and managing CIFAS reports.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in fraud management or prevention within the fintech or financial services industry
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of fraud detection tools, techniques, and methodologies
- Proven ability to analyse data and identify fraudulent patterns or activities
- Experience developing and implementing fraud prevention strategies
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with KYC and AML regulations is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of fintech industry and credit operations is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
