Job Description: Superhero Suit Designer for 3D-Animated Short Film
Join a creative project to design a superhero suit for a 15-minute 3D-animated dark comedy short film produced in Unreal Engine. The film centers on an older superhero navigating new challenges, and the suit you create will be a central visual element throughout the story. You will work from provided reference materials to bring the existing suit concept to life for a MetaHuman character model. This is a short-term, remote assignment with a clear deadline, ideal for designers with experience in Clo3D or Marvelous Designer who are passionate about character-driven storytelling and digital costume creation.
Deliverables
- Create a detailed superhero suit in Clo3D or Marvelous Designer based on provided references and character specifications.
- Ensure the suit is fully compatible with MetaHuman character models for seamless integration in Unreal Engine.
- Deliver all project files and assets by September 15.
- Collaborate remotely with the director to review and refine the design as needed.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and creativity in digital garment construction.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
