Pay Rate: £375 – £381.36 per day (Umbrella Only)
Location: Osterley, West London
Hybrid model: 3 days onsite per week
Ad-hoc freelance bookings across a 9-month talent pool
Summary Of Role
An Account Director leads the end-to-end strategic planning and implementation of integrated consumer advertising campaigns. Working closely with marketing, strategy, and creative teams, they drive project vision from initial brief through to delivery, managing client relationships, senior stakeholder alignments, and account finances.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven track record in recognised consumer advertising agencies managing integrated 360 through-the-line (TTL) campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to execute big Above-The-Line (ATL) advertising campaigns from concept to delivery
- Strong strategic capability, prioritising brand growth and campaign purpose
- Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder relationships and presenting confidently to senior leadership
- Sound financial acumen with experience managing account budgets, retainers, and monthly burn reporting
- Versatile all-rounder capable of stepping into diverse projects within a fast-paced environment

Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Agree briefs with marketing stakeholders and partner with strategy to set direction for creative teams
- Lead client and senior stakeholder presentations across all campaign stages, securing alignment and managing feedback
- Partner with Creative Directors to enable the successful delivery of world-class creative work
- Maintain strategic oversight across projects to ensure execution aligns with the brief, timeline, and budget
- Manage ongoing client communications, status meetings, contact reports, and issue resolution
- Oversee account finances, tracking production budgets, retainers, and monthly burn reporting for Senior Account Director review
- Escalate blockers and facilitate resolution across marketing and internal leadership stakeholders
