Freelance Account Director – CRM | Financial Services
📍 London (Hybrid – 3 days in-office) | 💷 Up to £350pd | ⚡ Immediate Start
We're working on behalf of a global creative agency, home to major blue chip brands, who are looking for a Freelance Account Director to lead delivery on a major Financial Services client.
This is a brilliant opportunity to own end-to-end delivery of CRM assets, from brief through to production, while acting as the strategic right-hand to a Senior Account Director. You'll be the agency's go-to expert on the client's business, driving both commercial growth and delivery excellence — with real scope to champion AI-driven ways of working along the way.

What you'll bring:
- Proven Account Director experience within a CRM environment
- Financial Services client experience is essential
- Strong commercial acumen — comfortable owning budgets, forecasts and project health
- A natural relationship-builder, both with clients and internal teams
- A confident, strategic operator who isn't afraid to challenge and lead
