Freelance Account Executive or Account Manager | Creative Agency | 6-month contract on a day rate!
We're looking for a talented Freelance Account Executive or Account Manager to join a high-profile, fast-paced client services team on a 6-month contract (with potential to extend). This is a fantastic opportunity to work on one of the UK's most recognisable telecoms brands, embedded within a large, experienced Client Services team, giving you real exposure to senior account leadership and the chance to own and lead your own projects from day one.
The Role
You'll sit at the heart of a busy, collaborative account team, supporting the day-to-day running of a major retained account. You'll be responsible for:

- Managing end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns across multiple channels
- Taking client briefs, writing briefs, and managing creative resource
- Leading kick-offs, managing timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations
- Being the go-to point of contact across every project you own
- Supporting the wider team with meeting prep, actions, and forward planning
Experience Required
- AE level: minimum 18 months to 2 years' agency experience
- AM level: proven track record managing accounts independently
- Strong knowledge of agency process from brief to delivery
- Experience scoping campaigns, building project plans and managing budgets
- CRM experience across multiple channels (telecoms experience a bonus, not essential)
- Excellent communicator - calm, clear, organised and client-confident
- A proactive, can-do attitude with sharp attention to detail
