Freelance Advertising Sales Representative
Paddock Magazine is expanding its international commercial team and is seeking experienced Freelance Advertising Sales Representatives to develop advertising and partnership opportunities across the UK and Europe, the United States and the Middle East.

Paddock Magazine is a premium Formula 1 business and lifestyle publication read by senior executives, team leaders, sponsors, investors and decision-makers throughout the global motorsport industry.
Through our print and digital editions, website, newsletters, and social media channels, we connect ambitious brands with a highly influential audience across the Formula 1, luxury travel, hospitality, private aviation, technology, finance, automotive, and high-end lifestyle sectors.
The role
As a Freelance Advertising Sales Representative, you will identify and approach prospective advertisers, sponsors and commercial partners within your market. You will represent Paddock Magazine’s portfolio of print, digital and integrated advertising opportunities, developing relationships that deliver long-term value for both our clients and the publication.

- Identifying and prospecting potential advertising clients and commercial partners
- Introducing Paddock Magazine’s advertising, branded-content and sponsorship opportunities
- Managing the sales process from initial contact through proposal, negotiation and confirmation
- Developing lasting relationships with marketing directors, brand leaders, agencies and senior decision-makers
- Maintaining an accurate and well-managed sales pipeline
- Working remotely with Paddock Magazine’s editorial and commercial teams
Who we are looking for
We would like to hear from commercially driven professionals who have:
- Previous experience in media, advertising, sponsorship, luxury, motorsport or B2B sales
- A strong network of relevant brands, agencies or senior marketing professionals
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- The confidence to approach and engage senior decision-makers
- A proactive, independent and results-focused working style
- A genuine interest in Formula 1, international business and premium lifestyle markets
Additional languages and established contacts within the Formula 1, luxury, technology, hospitality, private aviation, automotive or financial sectors would be a strong advantage.

This is a commission-only freelance position and is particularly suited to experienced sales professionals who already have relevant industry relationships and are comfortable managing their own prospecting and sales activity.
Location: Remote
Engagement: Freelance / Independent Contractor
Markets: UK and Europe, United States and Middle East
Compensation: 25% commission on completed sales
