Company Description
We’re building a creative studio around a simple idea: rather than waiting for someone to commission the next great idea, why not create it ourselves? We want to bring together talented, like-minded creatives to develop original characters, stories and worlds that can grow into something bigger. From short-form animations and funny social content to children’s books, animated series and new creative properties, the ambition is to make things people genuinely love. Our first project is Santa Claws, a Christmas picture book about a polar bear who delivers presents to animals. The plan is to bring its characters to life through short, entertaining animations, build an audience and see where the ideas take us. This is an opportunity to help shape something from the beginning, working collaboratively with the ambition of creating original IP that we can grow together.

Role Description
We’re looking for a talented 2D animator to become a creative partner in developing original animated content. The first project will be bringing the world of Santa Claws to life. Think funny, character-led animations, little stories and entertaining short-form content designed for TikTok, Instagram and other social platforms. We’re interested in someone who loves storytelling, has a strong sense of humour and can bring characters to life in a way that makes people want to watch, share and come back for more. Someone who wants to contribute ideas, experiment with different styles and help shape the creative direction, rather than simply being handed a brief. The bigger ambition is to build an audience around original characters and stories, with the potential to develop them into books, animated series, merchandise and other creative opportunities. This is a creative partnership, not a traditional salaried role. There is no guaranteed income at the outset. The intention is to collaborate on developing original work and agree a fair structure for sharing in its future success.
