Join an Exciting Project

Bring canine cognition to life through engaging, stick-figure-style animation for a new YouTube channel. This role involves animating a series of educational videos that explore how dogs think, using scripts, voiceovers, storyboards, and art elements provided.

Deliverables

  • Animate at least 10 episodes (8 minutes each) in a sophisticated stick-figure style, based on provided scripts and storyboards.
  • Produce a total of 80 minutes of animated content by the end of October.
  • Collaborate closely with the project lead to ensure the animation aligns with the educational tone and visual references.
  • Integrate supplied voiceovers and art elements into each episode.
  • Prepare assets for a 30-minute documentary episode as part of the broader series.
  • Deliver polished, ready-to-publish video files suitable for YouTube.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in 2D animation, preferably with a minimalist or stick-figure style.
  • Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom, or similar tools.
  • Ability to interpret scripts and storyboards to create engaging visual narratives.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple episodes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Availability to start in approximately three weeks and commit to the project timeline.
  • Experience with educational or explainer video content is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate online.
