Freelance Senior Architect / Architectural Technologist / Interior Architect
up to £35 per hour | OUTSIDE IR35

About the Role
We are seeking a technically competent, Revit proficient Senior Architect / Interior Architect / Architectural Technologist / Architect to work on a large-scale, London-based commercial office refurbishment project.
Client
Our client is an AJ100 practice, and you would be working on a key project of theirs that they designed and are now delivering.

Requirements
- The successful candidates:
- Will be available to start ASAP
- Strong in Revit
- Experience in interior office refurbishment
- Experienced at RIBA stage 3-5
- Experience on UK-based projects, preferably large residential
The hourly rate is flexible depending on experience. These positions will last a minimum of 5 months, and most likely will extend well beyond this.
