Who are IDHL?

At IDHL, we’re more than a digital agency, we’re a strategic partner to ambitious brands, helping them accelerate growth in the digital economy.

Our expertise is delivered through three core divisions: Performance, Web & eCommerce, and Intelligence – all working closely together to create impact across channels.

We’re also home to Fostr, a Shopify Plus agency for luxury and lifestyle brands, and The MTM Agency, specialists in integrated marketing and audience engagement.

What connects it all is our focus on outcomes, not just outputs. We back each other, take pride in what we do, and make sure the way we work works for everyone.

About the Role

We're looking for a Freelance AV Manager to join our team on a flexible contract basis, supporting one of IDHL's largest clients across TV, video and audio activity.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced AV professional to play a key role in shaping strategy, guiding media recommendations and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Working closely with our Client Services, Strategy and Analytics teams, you'll help deliver integrated AV campaigns spanning traditional broadcast channels and digital platforms including Linear TV, BVOD, CTV, online video and digital audio.

You'll also work alongside our AV Analyst, providing support and guidance where needed, helping to ensure best practice across planning, activation and performance analysis.

We're open to both hours and contract length. Whether you're looking for a few days per week or a more involved engagement over the coming months, we'd love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
