Freelance B2B Appointment Setter for Passionate Pineapple
I’m looking for someone who can find the right UK small business owners, start genuine conversations, qualify whether there’s actually a need and get the right people into my diary.
I’m not looking for huge lead lists.
I’m not looking for scraped emails.
And I’m definitely not looking for someone to fill my calendar with poor-fit calls just to hit a number.
What I Need:
- Find UK small businesses that fit our target market
- Identify a genuine website, content or digital problem
- Start normal, human conversations
- Qualify whether there’s a real need
- Book a call with me when there is

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
I’ll handle the sales call and closing.
The Setup:
- Freelance / self-employed
- One-month trial initially
- Maximum 10 qualified, attended appointments
- £15 per qualified appointment that attends
- 10% commission on the initial project I close from your appointments
- For retainers, 10% commission for the first 3 months only
- No payment for no-shows or appointments outside the agreed criteria
A call only counts if the person fits the agreed criteria, has a genuine problem I can potentially help with, knows why we’re speaking and actually turns up.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
You’ll need some previous B2B outreach or appointment-setting experience.
But more than anything, I want someone who can speak to business owners like a human and understands the difference between generating a lead and creating a genuine opportunity.
If you’re interested, drop me a DM with a little about your experience and how you normally approach outreach.
And if you know someone who might be a good fit, feel free to tag them.
