IMMEDIATE START

Lead the planning and execution of brand activations across key international markets with a big focus on U.S.

The role is responsible for IRL experiences – retail moments, pop ups, fashion events, influencer initiatives and cultural campaigns that drive awareness, social engagement and sales.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in fashion background targeting the Gen Z consumer and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They must understand how to translate brand strategy into impactful consumer experiences whilst remaining on-brand and in budget. A strong understanding of the U.S market is key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage activation timelines, budgets, production schedules and vendor relationships with external companies.
  • Lead end to end delivery of campaigns, pop ups, retail activations, experimental events & influencer campaign partnerships.
  • Adapt global concepts for regional relevance Globally.
  • Collaborate with Heads of Brands, social, PR, Ecom and Merchandising/trading teams to ensure company wide integrated execution.
  • Ensure all activations reflect brand identity, storytelling and customer experience standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage external partners to deliver against objectives and budgets.
  • Own a black book of contacts /agencies / freelancers to work across multiple projects.
  • Track KPIs including brand engagement, earned media, social reach, on site traffic and overall ROI.
  • Deliver post campaign analysis and recommendations for future activations.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging cultural opportunities.

Requirements

  • Min 5 years’ experience in brand activations, experimental marketing, events or partnerships within fashion/ lifestyle Gen Z brands.
  • Proven experience managing international campaigns and events.
  • Strong project management and budget management skills.
  • Excellent internal comms skills across the wider business.
  • Strong understanding of the Jaded brand DNA.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel internationally when required.
  • Experience working with agencies, production partners and creative teams.
