About the Role
We’re looking for a Freelance Brand & Community Manager to lead HOFF’s local brand presence in London. Based around our Covent Garden flagship, this role is focused on building an engaged creative community, turning the store into a cultural destination, and creating meaningful connections between HOFF and London’s fashion, design and lifestyle scene.
Your mission will be to position HOFF’s Covent Garden flagship as a cultural hub by building a strong local community, creating memorable in-store experiences and developing partnerships that increase brand awareness, footfall and long-term customer engagement. You’ll develop partnerships, organise community-driven experiences and identify opportunities that strengthen HOFF’s visibility, desirability and cultural relevance in one of our most important international markets.

Please note: this is a freelance, project-based collaboration — not an in-house HOFF position. We’re looking for someone who already operates as an independent professional and will engage with HOFF through a services agreement, not an employment contract.
What Will You Do?
- Community & Relationships: Build and nurture HOFF's creative community in London (creators, stylists, editors, designers, architects, artists), representing the brand within the local creative ecosystem.
- Brand Activations: Plan and execute a yearly calendar of cultural events (dinners, talks, exhibitions), coordinating partners, guest lists, and logistics to deliver a premium brand experience.
- Creator Relations: Identify and build relationships with aligned creators, manage gifting and collaboration opportunities, and spot emerging talent for future campaigns.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and lead collaborations with brands, designers, galleries, and cultural institutions to strengthen HOFF's cultural relevance in the UK.
- Market Insights & Reporting: Share monthly updates on cultural trends, market insights, and opportunities that can be replicated across other HOFF markets.
- Brand Representation: Ensure all local initiatives reflect HOFF's identity and premium positioning, acting as its trusted local representative in London.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong network within London’s fashion, design and creative industries.
- Experience organising events, partnerships or community initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and highly connected.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to invoice as a freelancer / independent contractor (self-employed, auto-entrepreneur or equivalent) — this is not an employment contract with HOFF.
