Role Overview & Company Vision
WinPet Medikal is an innovative manufacturer of advanced medical and post-operative garments for pets. As we expand our footprint into the United Kingdom, we are actively seeking driven, independent B2B Veterinary Sales Consultants.
In this freelance capacity, you will spearhead business development across the UK for our flagship product: MedVest for Pets. MedVest is a revolutionary, animal-friendly alternative to the traditional Elizabethan collar, manufactured with proprietary nanotechnological fabric.
This is a 100% remote, commission-only partnership. Our model is built on transparency and offers uncapped earning potential, featuring a strict net commission on the EXW price for every closed deal, plus a micro-bonus framework for hitting key performance indicators (KPIs) prior to closing.
The Product Line & Market Focus
You will be representing MedVest, a premium post-surgery garment designed to provide an optimal medical environment for wounds to heal comfortably.
Core Advantages:
- The fabric is antimicrobial, anti-allergenic, waterproof, tear-resistant, flexible, and fast-drying.
- It prevents the anxiety and depression often caused by conventional collars and allows mothers to establish a physical connection with their kittens/puppies after a cesarean operation.
Versatile Applications:
- Post-operative care for breast tumor surgeries, abdominal/umbilical hernias, spaying, leg amputations, open wounds, burns, and skin diseases.
- Safe for both aggressive cats and large dogs.
Ideal Prospects:
- Your primary targets will be veterinary clinics, animal hospitals, veterinary supply wholesalers, and specialized pet health retailers across the UK.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and build robust B2B pipelines of qualified buyers within the UK veterinary market, initiating first-round communications with professionalism.
- Articulate the unique medical and commercial benefits of MedVest (nanotechnological fabric, minimization of infection risk, psychological benefits for pets) to veterinary practice managers and procurement officers.
- Lead commercial negotiations, draft customized sales quotations, and collaborate seamlessly with the WinPet Medikal corporate desk for technical and documentation processes.
- Drive the entire export sales cycle independently, transforming cold leads into finalized, closed contracts.
- Stay updated on UK animal health market trends and regulatory frameworks to ensure smooth fulfillment.

Who We Are Looking For
- Professionals with a verifiable background in independent B2B sales, brokerage, or freelance business development.
- Individuals possessing an established contact network within the UK veterinary, animal health, or pet pharmaceutical industries.
- Strong knowledge of international trade mechanics, including customs procedures, Incoterms, and UK import compliance post-Brexit.
- Native or highly proficient in English.
- Self-motivated independent workers who thrive in a 100% commission-driven environment.
- A university degree in Business, Veterinary Sciences, Marketing, or Animal Health is highly preferred.
Operational Guidelines & Platform Rules
To ensure fairness and efficiency, our network relies on a strict, data-oriented operational framework:
- Mandatory CRM Usage: All prospect communications, updates, and pipeline management must be logged exclusively via our digital infrastructure.
- Monthly Lead Targets: Partners are required to meet specific 30-Day KPI targets by consistently feeding qualified leads into the sales funnel.
- 14-Day Activity Mandate: To keep the network active, any partner profile showing zero engagement (no emails, follow-ups, or system entries) for 14 consecutive days will face automatic suspension.
- Contractual Independence: This is strictly a B2B freelance agreement. As an independent contractor, you hold full responsibility for managing your own local tax obligations (HMRC), healthcare, and National Insurance contributions based on your residency.

Financial Structure & Legal Guarantees
- Guaranteed Net Payout: You will earn a clear 5% net commission based on the total EXW (Ex Works) value of every successfully completed order.
- Rapid Disbursements: The moment the buyer’s 100% payment is cleared in WinPet Medikal’s corporate accounts, your commission is processed and wired to your designated bank account on the following business day.
- Uncompromised Legal Protection: We prioritize your security. An international Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NCNDA) is signed prior to the release of exclusive supplier data or catalogs, ensuring your hard work and commissions are legally protected.
