Freelance Business Development Representative

Endospheres® | UK Market | Remote | Flexible Hours

Endospheres® is a premium Italian aesthetic technology brand developed by Fenix Group, used in 5,000+ centres across 50+ countries. We’re looking for a confident professional to represent the brand and build relationships with UK clinics, salons and spas.

The Role

  • Contact decision-makers from targeted lists we provide, primarily by phone.
  • Introduce Endospheres®, share information and answer general questions.
  • Follow up and pass prospects to sales when they request pricing, a quote or a demo.
  • Keep clear, accurate CRM records.

Our sales team handles pricing, demonstrations, negotiations and closing.

About You

  • You have B2B telephone outreach experience, professional spoken and written English, strong organisation and reliable follow-through.
  • CRM skills are essential; aesthetics or beauty experience is a bonus.

  • Potential for broader responsibilities, depending on performance and business needs.

Working Arrangements

  • A self-employed freelance engagement, paid against invoices.
  • You choose your working days and sessions, around clinic availability and agreed follow-ups. Morning to early-afternoon or late-afternoon to evening sessions are ideal, and you can vary these from day to day.
  • Approximately 4–5 hours on working days is a guide, with workload agreed together and no guaranteed hours.
  • A quiet workspace and reliable phone and internet are required.
  • Occasional central London office visits are optional.
