Join a dynamic project sourcing real participants for debate-format video productions filmed in major cities such as London, New York, Singapore, Sydney, and Houston. This freelance role focuses on identifying and confirming 10–15 individuals per video who genuinely hold specific beliefs and are willing to articulate their perspectives on camera. The position is remote and operates on a per-video basis, with the potential for ongoing collaboration following a successful trial assignment. The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume outreach environments and is adept at engaging diverse communities to secure authentic voices for compelling debates.

Deliverables

  • Source, screen, and confirm 10–15 participants per video who meet the criteria for genuine belief and willingness to debate on camera.
  • Conduct outreach through community groups, direct messaging, online listings, and cold outreach to maximize candidate pool.
  • Maintain a reserve list of backup participants to ensure full attendance on shoot days.
  • Coordinate participant schedules and confirm bookings for studio filming in multiple international locations.
  • Support the production team by ensuring all participants are briefed and prepared for their roles.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
