Concept Designer
We need a concept designer who can turn a brief into a campaign idea and see it through to approved artwork ready to give to the production team for roll out. You'll join our London creative team on a short-term contract, working on shows, museums and cultural brands.
This client is one of the UK's leading creative, media and marketing agencies for culture, entertainment and destinations. Their clients include Evita, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Paddington the Musical and the Donmar.
The Work
Most of our projects start with key art: the single image and title treatment that defines a show, exhibition or campaign. You'll develop routes from the brief, working with the Art Director on the idea, the styling and the title treatment. Once approved, the key art becomes the base for everything else. We adapt it into portrait and landscape layouts, then roll it out across print, out-of-home, web, email, social and ticket-agent assets. Every format needs the same idea, the same look and the right message for its audience. Producers and rights holders often set billing and approval rules, so you'll design within them.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
