This is a full-cycle business development role. - Find your own leads and build relationships with decision-makers
- Secure appointments with care homes, supported living providers and other relevant healthcare organisations
- Conduct sales meetings and demonstrate the NurseFlex platform

- Build long-term relationships and generate recurring NurseFlex usage

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Have signed up to NurseFlex
- Are actively using the platform
- Have a minimum of 3 healthcare professionals
- Are generating a minimum of 25 healthcare professional hours per week
This means you own the journey from prospecting to appointment to closing to activation.
Compensation
There are two ways to work with NurseFlex:
-
£3,000 Monthly Contractor Fee: Receive a £3,000 monthly contractor service fee, subject to achieving the agreed performance KPIs.
-
£500 Per Activated Provider: Receive £500 for every qualifying provider you personally source, secure, close and successfully activate on NurseFlex. There is no fixed limit on the number of qualifying providers you can generate.
