About the Role

Flourish Communications is a growing marketing agency working with brilliant businesses across luxury property, interiors, design, and professional services.

We’re looking for a Content & Client Delivery Manager to help us keep client work moving, looking great, and getting out into the world.

The role is a mix of content creation, client delivery, and organisation. You’ll take an agreed strategy or content plan and help turn it into reality, whether that means writing a LinkedIn post, creating a simple Canva graphic, uploading a blog, building a newsletter, tweaking an image, scheduling content, or coordinating the people involved in a larger project.

It’s a varied role, and we’re looking for someone who is happy switching between creative work, client delivery, and keeping things on track.

The role will start small, supporting a handful of client accounts, with plenty of scope to grow in hours, responsibility, and client ownership as Flourish grows.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Writing and editing social content for LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Creating simple graphics in Canva using existing brand guidelines and templates
  • Making light image or video edits when needed
  • Uploading and scheduling social posts
  • Building newsletters and email campaigns
  • Uploading and formatting blogs
  • Keeping content calendars up to date
  • Managing approvals, feedback, and revisions
  • Turning strategy and meeting notes into clear actions
  • Keeping an eye on deadlines and making sure nothing gets missed
  • Briefing designers, developers, or other freelancers where specialist support is needed
  • Checking work before it goes to the client
  • Spotting when an image, crop, caption, or layout needs a little more attention
  • Supporting monthly reporting and pulling out useful insights
  • Helping improve our systems and processes as the agency grows

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What Success Looks Like

You’ll be doing brilliantly if:

  • Client work is going out on time and to a consistently high standard
  • You can take ownership of day-to-day delivery without lots of chasing
  • You spot gaps or issues before they become problems
  • You’re comfortable making small creative decisions on your own
  • Client accounts feel organised, proactive, and well looked after
  • The work reaching clients feels polished, thoughtful, and consistent

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be a graphic designer, video editor, or specialist copywriter. You do need to have a good eye, strong judgement, and confidence getting stuck into the work.

You’ll probably be a good fit if you:

  • Have experience in social media, content, account management, or agency delivery
  • Can write strong, natural marketing copy
  • Are comfortable using Canva
  • Have a strong visual eye and good attention to detail
  • Know when something looks polished and when it needs another pass
  • Are organised and comfortable managing several moving parts at once
  • Are proactive and good at figuring things out
  • Are comfortable working independently
  • Communicate clearly with clients and team members
  • Enjoy a role with a mix of creative work, coordination, and problem-solving

Experience in luxury, interiors, architecture, property, design, or another highly visual sector would be a big plus.

A Bit About Flourish

Flourish is growing from a founder-led business into a specialist marketing agency.

We want to stay small, smart, and creative, do genuinely good work, and give clients an experience that feels thoughtful, polished, and easy.

This is a great role for someone who likes variety, enjoys being close to the work, and wants the opportunity to grow alongside an agency.

There’s plenty of scope for the role to grow over time as Flourish does.
