Turn Sollo from a brand nobody's heard of into the one every DJ, producer and creator in London is talking about — before we've even launched.
Sollo is the money app for people who don't have a normal job — DJs, producers, creators, the whole independent economy. We're pre-launch, building in public, and starting with the people who taught us what "independent" actually means: UK DJs and producers.
We don't need someone to run our socials. We need someone who's already in the rooms we're trying to reach — who can walk into a studio, a green room, a group chat, and make Sollo the thing people mention next.
If you've ever seen a creator blow up on TikTok two weeks before anyone else noticed — this is your job.
What You'll Actually Do
- Make things people want to watch.
- Run our Instagram and TikTok like they're yours.
- Build formats people recognise.
- Catch the cultural moment before it's obvious.
- Edit fast, post faster, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does.
- Build the room, not just the feed. Waitlist growth is the scoreboard, but the game is relationships. DM the right people. Get coffee with them. Bring them in. Turn one creator into three creators. This is the biggest part of the role — content gets attention, community turns it into users.
- Know London before we do. Studio visits, industry nights, small dinners, the group chats nobody's in yet — you're our eyes and ears. We're not building a community from behind a laptop. We're becoming part of the one we're already in.
- Build the network around us. Managers, agents, collectives, the creators about to matter — you find them first and build something real, not a paid placement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What this is NOT
Not "brief in, post out, monthly report." Not a content calendar factory. Not someone waiting for direction.
This is: spot it → shoot it → post it → DM them → meet them → bring them in.
How We'll Know It's Working
Not follower count. We're watching qualified waitlist growth, creator referrals, real relationships built, and whether the people following Sollo are actually becoming part of Sollo.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
You:
- Already plugged into London's creator/music/culture world
- You shoot and edit like it's second nature
- You write well — really well
- You have the kind of taste people trust
- You're not afraid to DM a stranger and turn it into a friendship
- Self-directed — you create momentum, you don't wait for it
Time in music, creator management, nightlife, fashion, media, events, or startups all help — but the instinct matters more than the résumé line.
Why Now?
You'd be joining before the playbook exists — which means you get to write it. Real freedom to shape how Sollo shows up, from the first post to the first thousand users. This grows as fast as you do.
You'll work closely with the founders and our production team, with a clear split: they handle capture and founder-content support, you own Sollo's story, culture and community on the ground in London.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
