Job Title: Content Coordinator

Role: Freelance, 10–20 hours per week

Salary: Based on experience

Location: Remote, in person occasionally in London would be a bonus.

Job Overview:

Nicki Hoyne is looking for a creative, highly organised Content Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our social content.

Working closely with our Founder, you'll take our content ideas, imagery and video and turn them into engaging, polished social content across Instagram and TikTok, with occasional support across LinkedIn and other channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves social media, has a great eye, strong copywriting skills and is equally comfortable being creative and organised.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our weekly social content calendar.
  • Edit Reels and TikToks from supplied content and raw footage.
  • Create Instagram carousels, Stories and other social assets.
  • Write engaging, on-brand captions and strong social hooks.
  • Optimise content for social search, including AEO/GEO and keywords.
  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram and TikTok.
  • Manage Instagram Stories.
  • Support community management across comments and DMs.
  • Repurpose relevant content for LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Track content performance and provide concise weekly insights.
  • Work closely with the Founder to ensure upcoming content is prepared and ready to go.

What We’re Ideally Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience managing social content for a brand.
  • Excellent knowledge of Instagram and TikTok.
  • Strong short-form video editing skills.
  • Excellent copywriting and attention to detail.
  • A good understanding of hooks, trends and what makes social content engaging.
  • Knowledge of social SEO, AEO and GEO.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Confidence working with Excel/content calendars.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple pieces of content at once.
  • A genuine interest in fashion, brands and digital culture.

Freelance approx. 10–20 hours per week.

The role can be remote, although the ability to work with us in person occasionally would be a bonus.
