Join a dynamic project supporting employer brand content for enterprise clients seeking to attract early-careers talent. This freelance opportunity is ideal for a UK-based content creator and videographer with a passion for social-first video, particularly TikTok and Instagram Reels. You will play a key role in client content days and shoots in London, focusing on capturing engaging short-form video and helping employees feel confident on camera. The role is hands-on, requiring both technical filming skills and the ability to coach individuals new to content creation. Editing is not required; your expertise will be in filming, coaching, and ensuring high-quality footage.
Deliverables
- Film interviews and social-first B-roll footage during client content days in London
- Support and coach employees on framing, hooks, and delivery to camera
- Assist with creator training days, helping participants feel natural and confident
- Operate both iPhone and professional cameras, ensuring optimal video quality
- Set up and manage basic lighting and audio equipment as needed
- Provide feedback and guidance to non-professional talent during shoots
- Ensure all footage meets the creative brief and is ready for handover to editors

Requirements
- Based in London or able to travel to London for shoots
- Demonstrated experience filming short-form social content (TikTok, Reels, etc.)
- Confident using both iPhone and professional camera equipment
- Skilled in basic lighting and audio setup for interviews and B-roll
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to coach and support individuals new to content creation
- Portfolio showcasing relevant social-first video work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently on location
- Availability for single-day shoots with potential for ongoing work
- Must provide own filming equipment
