Job Description: Freelance CMS Administrator
TransPerfect is the world’s largest provider of language and technology solutions, we help businesses thrive globally through translation, localization, and cutting-edge services.
We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive freelance CMS Administrators. You will be responsible for delivering and administering content management services across a range of platforms, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely updates for our clients.
You’ll work with a variety of Content Management Systems including Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, Ektron, as well as supporting updates across platforms like YouTube and Wikipedia.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and configure new web pages within various CMS platforms
- Upload and manage content including text, images, videos, and infographics
- Test and ensure content displays and functions correctly across webpages
- Collaborate with Account Management teams and communicate directly with clients when required
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their current and future needs are met
- Work towards and support client KPIs and business objectives
- Deliver all tasks on time and to a high standard
- Follow internal processes, procedures, and external compliance requirements
- Provide support and cover for team members when necessary
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as required

Essential Skills & Experience
- Excellent IT skills with strong proficiency in Adobe tools and Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to follow processes while also working independently
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and overcome challenges
- Strong project management and customer service skills
- A keen interest in digital marketing
- Native-level proficiency in a language other than English
- Understanding of online marketing and web development principles
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as AEM, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento or Ektron

Desirable Skills
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of HTML and/or CSS
