Freelance contract. Initial 2-week project followed by a few hours per month on an ongoing basis.

Fully remote.

Freelancer Club is launching a new range of training programmes designed to help people build successful freelance careers. We’re looking for an experienced Content & Paid Ads Marketing Manager to own the marketing and customer acquisition for the launch.

Our initial audiences are career changers, people facing or recently experiencing redundancy, and retirees looking to use their experience and skills to start freelancing.

Phase 1: Content & Campaign Launch 🚀

Over approximately two weeks, you’ll:

  • Use our campaign strategy to develop messaging for each audience
  • Edit and produce short-form video content for each audience to use across paid social (6 videos)
  • Write ad copy
  • Set up and launch paid social campaigns (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn)
  • Drive traffic to dedicated landing pages

We’re looking for someone who can both create great content and understand performance marketing. You should be comfortable producing and editing content yourself.

Ongoing

After launch, you’ll spend a few hours each month monitoring performance, testing creative and audiences, optimising campaigns and identifying opportunities to improve conversions and customer acquisition costs.

You’ll be given genuine ownership of the campaigns and the opportunity to help shape how we grow this new part of Freelancer Club.

Renumeration

  • Fixed project fee for the initial content creation and campaign setup
  • Monthly rate for ongoing campaign management and optimisation
  • Option to agree a performance-based revenue share, providing additional earnings based on programme sales generated
