Content Producer
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Producer to create clear, accurate and engaging digital content that supports organisational communications priorities.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident writing and editing for digital audiences, able to simplify complex information, and interested in working across a range of content formats and channels.
Experience working with charities, scientific, healthcare sectors is desired but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce clear, accurate and engaging digital content, including organisational updates, scientific or technical explainers, thought leadership and other communications materials.
- Translate complex information and specialist subject matter into accessible, engaging content for a range of audiences.
- Plan, draft, edit and publish content across digital channels, with a particular focus on websites and social media.
- Work with internal teams and subject-matter experts to develop content that is accurate, relevant and aligned with communications priorities.
- Support the development of engaging multimedia content, including video, photography, infographics and illustrations.
- Edit and adapt visual content in line with brand guidelines and digital best practice.
- Contribute ideas for new and engaging ways to communicate complex subjects and organisational priorities.
- Ensure content is well structured, accessible and appropriate for the intended audience and channel.
- Support the content production process from initial brief and planning through to editing, approval and publication.

Skills And Experience
- Experience creating and editing digital content, ideally for websites and social media.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Ability to turn complex or technical information into accessible content for non-specialist audiences.
- An understanding of digital content principles and how audiences engage with content across different channels.
- Experience working with or producing multimedia content such as video, photography, infographics or illustrations.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple pieces of content and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, subject-matter experts and external creative partners.
- An understanding of brand guidelines and how to apply them consistently across content.
- A proactive and curious approach, with an interest in finding creative ways to tell stories and engage audiences.

You will be an enthusiastic content professional who enjoys turning ideas and information into engaging digital content. You will be comfortable working across different formats and channels, while being able to manage the detail involved in producing accurate, high-quality work.
