Cambridge for Global Training is seeking an experienced freelance trainer to deliver an executive-level professional development course titled Marketing Strategies for Growth in Cambridge.
Course Overview
In a competitive business environment, effective marketing strategies are essential for driving growth and maintaining market leadership. The Marketing Strategies for Growth training course is meticulously designed to explore advanced marketing concepts and practical approaches to develop and implement successful growth strategies. Participants will learn how to identify market opportunities, craft compelling value propositions, and optimise marketing channels to achieve business objectives. This course combines theoretical insights, practical frameworks, and real-world case studies to empower professionals with actionable tools for business expansion and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the Marketing Strategies for Growth course in line with the approved curriculum and learning objectives.
- Coordinate all course-related activities with Cambridge for Global Training. Receive and manage shipped training materials, documentation, or equipment.
- Prepare, customise, and update training materials, presentations, case studies, and practical exercises.
- Ensure high-quality course delivery in line with professional and executive training standards. Facilitate interactive discussions, practical case studies, and real-world applications.
- Maintain effective session flow, time management, and participant engagement throughout the programme.

Course Coverage Requirements
The trainer must be able to confidently deliver all course units, including:
Unit 1: Foundations of Growth-Oriented Marketing
- Defining marketing strategies for sustainable growth, analysing market dynamics and competitive landscapes, identifying target markets and customer segments, setting marketing objectives aligned with business goals, and case studies of successful growth marketing strategies.
Unit 2: Market Research and Consumer Insights
- Conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, analysing consumer behaviour and purchasing patterns, leveraging data analytics for informed decision-making, using customer insights to refine marketing messages, and applying competitive intelligence for strategic advantage.
Unit 3: Developing and Positioning Value Propositions
- Crafting compelling and customer-centric value propositions, differentiating products and services in competitive markets, communicating brand value across multiple touchpoints, adapting value propositions to evolving customer needs, and evaluating and refining value propositions for maximum impact.
Unit 4: Multi-Channel Marketing Strategy Execution
- Integrating digital and traditional marketing approaches, optimising social media, content marketing, and SEO strategies, managing customer journeys across online and offline channels, personalising marketing efforts for different audience segments, and evaluating and adjusting marketing tactics for better outcomes.

Unit 5: Measuring Performance and Sustaining Growth
- Key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing success, tracking and analysing marketing ROI, leveraging customer feedback to enhance strategies, implementing continuous improvement in marketing processes, and building agile marketing teams to adapt to market changes.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in strategic marketing, business growth, brand management, or corporate training.
- Proven experience delivering marketing, business development, commercial strategy, or executive performance training programmes previously.
- Strong knowledge of modern marketing frameworks, consumer behaviour analysis, and multi-channel strategy execution.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience delivering executive-level or corporate training programmes to marketing managers, business development specialists, entrepreneurs, sales leaders, and corporate teams.
Preferred Profile
- Background in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Strategic Management, or Corporate Communications.
- Practical experience implementing growth strategies, market research campaigns, or brand development frameworks within organizations.
- Availability to be physically present in Cambridge during the course dates (21 – 25 Sep 2026).
