Join Omaura’s Freelance Network

Remote | Freelance | Project-based

Omaura is a strategic health communications practice working across healthcare, health tech and complex health environments.

As the practice grows, we're building a small network of trusted freelance creatives and content specialists who can support client work on a flexible, project-by-project basis.

We're particularly interested in hearing from people working across:

  • Social and digital content design
  • Carousels and educational graphics
  • Short-form video and Reels
  • Video editing
  • Motion graphics and simple animation
  • Presentation and document design
  • Copy support and editorial production

This is not a single full-time role. The aim is to build a reliable freelance bench that Omaura can draw on as different client needs arise.

How the model works

Strategic direction, healthcare messaging, audience thinking and final editorial review will remain with Omaura.

Freelancers will be brought in where their specialist skills best fit the brief — whether that is turning a content strategy into social assets, editing practitioner interviews, designing educational materials, producing campaign content or supporting a larger communications project.

We're looking for people who:

  • Have a strong portfolio in their specialist area
  • Produce clean, professional work
  • Can work confidently from a clear brief
  • Communicate reliably and meet agreed timelines
  • Are comfortable collaborating remotely
  • Understand the importance of accuracy and detail

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
