Freelance Senior Creative Project Manager needed!
Dates: September 2nd – September 30th
Location: On-site (5 days/week)
Setup: Fixed-term project contract
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a great client for a Senior Creative Project Manager to step into a high-impact, month-long contract this September.
If you are a systems-minded PM who loves bringing big creative ideas to life while keeping projects strictly on time and budget, this one is for you. Working alongside the Project Lead, you’ll serve as the central operational anchor connecting creative, production, and account management teams. You’ll lead complex, high-value integrated projects across TV, digital, and social platforms, balancing smooth agency processes with a true appreciation for great creative output.

The role:
- Process & Delivery: Own end-to-end campaign execution using core PM systems, status reporting, and clear documentation.
- Scope & Commercials: Cost projects efficiently, manage resource allocation against SOWs, and navigate scope shifts directly with stakeholders.
- Risk & Problem Solving: Spot delivery risks early, build practical mitigation plans, and offer clear solutions.
- Team Alignment: Lead kick-offs, stand-ups, and ongoing comms to keep cross-functional teams accountable and supported.
- Creative Grounding: Keep ambitious creative and production concepts realistic, achievable, and on schedule.

🎯 What we are looking for:
- Experience delivering integrated creative projects (TV, digital, social, online).
- Proven track record drafting SOWs, defining estimates, and managing large accounts independently.
- A systems-led PM approach combined with outstanding client and stakeholder management skills.
- Unflappable under pressure, highly adaptable, and passionate about quality execution.
