Are you an experienced Creative Operations or Post-Production Manager ready to drive international campaigns for iconic, world-renowned gaming franchises? 🎮
We are partnering with a leading global gaming publisher to hire a Creative Services Manager (Post-Production & Operations) for their London-based International Marketing & Communications team.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will lead the operational end-to-end delivery, post-production workflows, and international localisation of high-impact marketing assets (AV, social, digital, CRM) across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign & Creative Delivery: Coordinate multi-market asset delivery, managing briefs, approvals, adaptations, and schedules across global game launches.
- Global Stakeholder Management: Act as the operational hub between Global Creative Services, Brand Marketing, Comms, regional teams, and external agencies.
- Operations & Workflows: Manage complex project timelines, workback schedules, and refine processes to scale creative output efficiently.
- Post-Production & Asset Management: Oversee DAM platforms, asset distribution, and tool tracking using systems like Asana.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven Track Record: Solid experience in Creative Services / Operations / Post-Production managing multi-market marketing campaigns.
- Technical & Workflow Mastery: Deep understanding of post-production workflows across AV, digital, social, and CRM channels.
- Tool Proficiency: Strong experience with project management software (Asana or similar) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
- Design Literacy: Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Stakeholder Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage global dependencies, mitigate risks, and navigate fast-paced environments autonomously.
