Role Description
This is a part-time, remote, freelance position. We conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their career history, skills, achievements and goals, then translate this information into high-impact CVs, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and other career documents. Includes tailoring documents to specific job requirements, refining content for clarity and impact, and ensuring accurate grammar, style, and formatting. The role also involves guiding clients on how to present their experience effectively, at times offering interview preparation and career progression insights aligned with their documents, and maintaining a professional, supportive experience throughout the client journey.
Collaborative feedback, adherence to brand standards, and continuous improvement of templates and processes are integral to the role.

- Proven writing skills, in particular concise and impactful sentence formatting
- Outstanding attention to detail and focus on quality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, empathetic approach that supports clients from diverse backgrounds and career stages

Ideal Qualifications / Experience
- Strong CV and career document writing skills, including structuring experience, highlighting achievements, and adapting tone and style to different professions and seniority levels.
- Excellent client consultation and interviewing skills to gather detailed information, clarify career objectives, and support clients in articulating their strengths.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality standards in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
- Comfort with using standard office software and online tools (e.g., word processing, formatting tools, video or phone consultation platforms).
- A Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field; qualifications in career coaching, CV writing, or counselling are an advantage.
- Previous experience in professional writing, copywriting, HR, recruitment, or career services
