Freelance Designer & Administrative Assistant
Diane Kordas Jewellery | London | 1 day per week
Diane Kordas Jewellery is looking for a creative, organised and highly capable freelance Designer & Administrative Assistant to support the brand approximately one day per week initially.
This is a varied role focused primarily on creative design support, alongside day-to-day organisation and administration. It would suit someone with a strong visual eye who is equally comfortable developing design ideas, presentations and imagery as they are keeping projects and information organised behind the scenes.
The role may include:
- Assisting with jewellery design concepts, collection research, layouts and visual development
- Preparing mood boards, presentations and other creative assets
- Advanced image editing and graphic design
- Organising product imagery, collection information and digital files
- Supporting website, social media and marketing projects
- Providing general administrative support

We’re looking for someone with:
- 1–5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the jewellery, fashion or luxury industry
- A strong creative eye and sophisticated visual sensibility
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and similar design tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Dropbox
- The ability to work independently, take initiative and manage tasks efficiently
- A genuine interest in jewellery, fashion, luxury and design
- A flexible approach and willingness to work across both creative and administrative tasks
- A flexible schedule
