About the Role

ILN is looking for a talented freelance website designer/developer to lead the design, build and safe launch of a transformed website for a premium editorial, content marketing and digital business working with luxury, heritage and high-value brands.

This is a project for one person who can combine strong visual design judgement with practical development expertise. We are looking for someone who can translate a clear strategic brief into a sleek, modern, editorial and commercially effective website, while protecting the existing live site throughout the process.

About the Project

ILN needs a transformed one-page scrolling website that reflects our premium, editorial and contemporary services. The site should showcase ILN’s heritage, creative work, client calibre, services, case studies, team and point of view, while speaking to luxury and premium brands.

The current website must remain live and protected while the new version is designed, built and tested. The successful supplier must be comfortable working with staging environments, backups, WordPress best practice, SEO preservation and safe launch processes.

What We Need

  • Initial audit of the current website, CMS, hosting, plugins, theme, analytics, SEO and technical setup.
  • Recommendation on the safest and most appropriate build route.
  • Visual direction, wireframes and polished desktop/mobile designs.
  • Responsive one-page website build with anchor navigation.
  • CMS setup that allows ILN to update case studies, insights and team information easily.
  • Integration of imagery, video/showreel, client logos, case studies and contact functionality.
  • SEO, accessibility, analytics and performance setup.
  • Staging build, full testing, launch plan and post-launch checks.
  • Clear handover notes so ILN can maintain and update the website after launch.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
