Role: Freelance Dietitian (German Team)

Location: Remote (UK/EU-based preferred) or Glasgow (optional hybrid)
Rate: £25 per hour (freelance)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and creative Freelance Dietitian to support our growing German team Kapsel. This is a flexible role that can be carried out fully remotely, with the option to work from our Glasgow office on a hybrid basis for candidates who are locally based.

As a fast-growing business, this role offers the opportunity to expand your responsibilities over time and actively shape how we deliver nutritional support and education to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meal Planning & Recipe Development

    • Create personalised, evidence-based meal plans tailored to patient needs, with a focus on weight management
    • Develop practical, engaging, and easy-to-follow recipes aligned with our programmes
  • Content Creation & Proofreading

    • Proofread and review German website content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance
    • Support the creation of educational content (e.g. articles, guides, and resources)
  • Community & Social Media Content

    • Contribute to and help shape content for our weight loss Facebook group (e.g. posts, guidance, engagement ideas)
    • Create engaging content for social media, including short-form videos and nutrition-focused posts

  • Collaboration & Growth
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent and high-quality output
    • Contribute ideas for new content formats, patient support initiatives, and service improvements
    • Take on additional responsibilities as the business grows and new opportunities arise

What We’re Looking For

  • Recognised degree in Dietetics or a related field.
  • Registration with a professional body in the UK or Germany.
  • Fluent in German (written and spoken)
  • Experience in weight management or behavioural nutrition is highly desirable
  • Comfortable creating content in different formats (written, visual, video)
