This organization is at the forefront of leveraging data and cutting-edge technology to shape the future of financial interactions. Join a team that values continuous improvement, data-driven decisions, and a user-centric approach to optimize digital platforms and drive significant business impact.
Are you a visionary in digital experimentation, ready to redefine user experiences and propel a global financial leader forward? As a key player on the Digital Experience team, you will ignite a culture of data-driven decision-making, owning the strategy and execution of comprehensive testing programs. Your expertise will directly influence critical digital touchpoints, translating complex data into actionable insights that enhance performance, drive conversion, and ensure the organization remains competitive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. This is your opportunity to lead impactful initiatives, collaborate with diverse teams, and leave a lasting mark on how millions interact with essential financial services.
What You Will Do
- Own the A/B testing platform (Adobe Target) technical set-up, configuration, and documentation library; establish and maintain platform governance and access controls.
- Design testing experiment hypotheses in collaboration with team members and stakeholders to leverage site analytics, user behavior data, and user feedback to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Execute and monitor A/B and multi-variant tests to ensure rigorous methodology (Bayesian, Multi-Armed Bandits, etc.), consistent data flow, and a clear understanding of success metrics.
- Report on A/B testing performance (velocity, lift, statistical significance, business impact) and communicate findings to stakeholders at appropriate levels of detail.
- Collaborate with technical teams and developers to set up in-depth tracking mechanisms for tests to understand the full context of user experience and isolate variables affecting performance.
- Establish cadence and governance for test documentation, version control, and post-test archival to create institutional knowledge and prevent hypothesis duplication.
- Monitor test configuration and data integrity/validity to ensure reliable experiment results prior to informing business decisions.
User Feedback & Testing Programs
- Own and manage user feedback and research testing platform(s) (Lyssna, UserTesting, etc.) to gather qualitative insights on user behaviors, motivations, and pain points.
- Design and execute user research studies and feedback programs that inform hypothesis generation, validate testing assumptions, and identify new optimization opportunities.
- Synthesize user feedback with quantitative testing data to triangulate findings and prioritize tests with the highest potential impact.
- Establish a net-new feedback program roadmap aligned with business priorities and testing program velocity.
- Maintain and improve user research documentation and insights library for reference across optimization initiatives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
